THESE ARE YOUR TASKS
- Overall strategic and operational responsibility for the Corporate Fashion / Private Label division with professional and disciplinary management of the teams
- Development and implementation of the sales and growth strategy for sustainable sales and market development
- Sales and cost planning as well as support with NOS planning
- Managing tenders from federal, state and local authorities
- Visits to customers and participation in trade fairs
- Expanding existing customer relationships and actively acquiring new key accounts in the corporate fashion/private label environment
- Responsibility for pricing, conditions and economic calculations in coordination with sales management
- Continuous optimization of processes in terms of an efficient and customer-oriented organization
- Observation of market and competitive trends
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- degree in textile business administration, economics or a similar qualification
- Several years of professional and management experience in the textile or fashion industry with very good market and customer knowledge (preferably also with regard to European export markets)
- Strong sales skills with a passion for customer relations, acquisition and sustainable growth
- Experience with customers from the embroidery and leasing sectors as well as with authorities
- Sound commercial understanding and a strong analytical mindset to derive sales and growth strategies
- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented way of working with strong decision-making and implementation skills
- High level of persuasiveness and confident manner at all levels of communication
- Very good knowledge of German and English and willingness to travel
