Customer Service / Internal Sales Specialist (m/f/d)
to our RAGMAN team in Waldshut.

We are a small, fine company in the fashion industry in Waldshut. We combine a passion for design with professional service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a strong communicator who not only looks after our customers, but actively helps to shape their success.
Your tasks - where service meets analysis
- Customer service: You are the central point of contact for our key account partners as well as national and international specialist retailers.
- Internal sales: You manage the entire order processing process - from order entry and monitoring delivery dates to automatic replenishment
- Space management & analysis: You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating space data for our key accounts. You will analyze sales figures and derive optimization potential in close cooperation with our agents.
- International support: You will conduct correspondence and telephone calls confidently in German and English.
- Complaint management: You find confident and customer-oriented solutions even in difficult situations.
- Interface function: You work closely with our sales department and the management.
What you bring with you
- Education: Secondary school leaving certificate (desirable) and a completed commercial apprenticeship.
- Professional experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or internal sales.
- Analytical affinity: You enjoy working with data and have a deep understanding of key figures in retail (area productivity, sell-through rates, etc.).
- Language skills: Very good German and English skills are mandatory due to our international focus.
- Soft Skills: You are an organizational talent, work precisely and maintain your positive charisma even during peak season
- Confident with Excel, Pivot
