Your mission
You will take responsibility for the North Rhine-Westphalia and Northern Germany region – not just managing, but actively shaping. With strategic vision, you will continuously develop your area, build sustainable partnerships and strengthen the presence of our Steilmann brand across the region.
You act as an entrepreneur within the company: With a keen sense for trends, key figures and people, you will successfully manage your territory and effectively bring our collections to market.

- Expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new retail partners
- Sales responsibility and strategic development of your area
- Observing the market and competition with an eye for new opportunities
- Strengthening our brand presence at the point of sale

- Strong closing and negotiating skills
