Your tasks:
" Managing and developing international export and sales activities
" Leading and developing the export team
" Reporting directly to the CSO
" Developing new markets and expanding existing sales partners.markets and expansion of existing sales partners
" Support and management of international agencies and importers
" Analysis and management of relevant KPIs (sales, AVQ, LUG, margins)
" Carrying out market and competition analysis
Your profile:
" Several years of experience in export/international sales in the fashion industry
" Very good instinct for fashion, trends and markets
" Experience in working with international partners and markets
" Strong analytical skills and KPI orientation
" Structured, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented way of working
" Strong teamwork and social skills
" Very good MS Office skills (esp. Excel), ERP/CRM an advantage
" Very good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
